• The word rate applies to the number of words in the translation.
• In most cases a minimum fee is charged for each translation.
  For an Indonesian translation this would, for example, be € 45,00 (certified) or € 25,00 (uncertified).
• For specialist and urgent translations a surcharge may be added.

Interpreting

• The interpreting fee is based on an hourly rate depending on the language combination used.
• The minimum fee is equal to the rate of one hour.
• Travelling expenses will be charged separately.

General

• All rates are exclusive of 19% VAT (BTW).
• The rate used is always agreed in advance in consultation with the customer.
